Fixez le disque m\u00e9langeur sur bamix et fouettez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la pr\u00e9paration \u00e9paississe.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c0 l\u2019aide du SliceSy, concassez grossi\u00e8rement les biscuits sp\u00e9culoos. R\u00e9servez.<\/li>\n<li>Placez-y ensuite les fraises enti\u00e8res et hachez-les en quelques impulsions pour en garder des morceaux.<\/li>\n<li>Versez la cr\u00e8me dans un plat allant au cong\u00e9lateur (ou directement dans un tupperware).
