R\u00e9servez de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9parez la p\u00e2te \u00e0 banh bao. Versez la levure en pluie sur le lait ti\u00e8de et m\u00e9langez. Laissez reposer 10 min. Ajoutez ensuite l\u2019huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale et le sucre. M\u00e9langez bien. Dans un saladier, placez la farine et la levure chimique. Versez le m\u00e9lange d\u2019ingr\u00e9dients liquides et p\u00e9trissez avec les mains. Placez ensuite la p\u00e2te sur une surface farin\u00e9e et p\u00e9trissez pendant 10 min. Couvrez et faites lever pendant 1h \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/li>\n<li>Coupez vos \u0153ufs durs en 4.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9parez la farce. Placez d\u2019abord l\u2019oignon jaune dans le SliceSy et hachez-le en vitesse 1. Ajoutez ensuite le reste des ingr\u00e9dients dans le SliceSy et m\u00e9langez \u00e0 la vitesse 2 et par impulsions pour obtenir une farce homog\u00e8ne. Divisez en 16 boulettes et gardez au frais.<\/li>\n<li>Divisez la p\u00e2te en 16. \u00c9talez chaque morceau en disque de 5 cm de diam\u00e8tre. Ajoutez 1 boule de farce et \u00bc d&rsquo;\u0153uf dur au centre. Refermez le bao en pliant les bords. Placez chaque bao sur une feuille de papier cuisson.<\/li>\n<li>Faites bouillir une casserole \u00e0 vapeur avec de l\u2019eau et 1 c. \u00e0 soupe de vinaigre de riz. Faites cuire les banh baos pendant 15 \u00e0 17 min en les espa\u00e7ant bien. Pour cela, n\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 les cuire en plusieurs fois.
