Laissez ti\u00e9dir, ajoutez la levure s\u00e8che en pluie et laissez agir pendant 10 min. Ajoutez la cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sucre de canne, le sel et m\u00e9langez.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez la farine en trois fois tout en p\u00e9trissant (attention la p\u00e2te est un peu collante). Lorsque tout est bien int\u00e9gr\u00e9, transf\u00e9rez sur une surface l\u00e9g\u00e8rement farin\u00e9e et p\u00e9trissez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une boule. Rincez votre bol, huilez-le l\u00e9g\u00e8rement et placez la boule de p\u00e2te. Couvrez avec un torchon propre et placez dans un endroit chaud pendant 1 h. La p\u00e2te doit doubler de volume.<\/li>\n<li>Pendant ce temps-l\u00e0, pr\u00e9parez votre cannelle moulue maison. Pour cela, placez 4 \u00e0 5 b\u00e2tons de cannelle dans le moulin processeur. Mixez pour r\u00e9duire les b\u00e2tons grossi\u00e8rement. Ajoutez le disque poudre et mixez \u00e0 nouveau pour obtenir de la cannelle moulue tr\u00e8s finement. Versez dans un petit pot et conservez dans votre tiroir \u00e0 \u00e9pices.<\/li>\n<li>Sur une surface l\u00e9g\u00e8rement farin\u00e9e, \u00e9talez la p\u00e2te en un grand rectangle. Badigeonnez la surface avec le reste de beurre mou (55 g). Dans une tasse, m\u00e9langez le reste du sucre avec la cannelle et saupoudrez toute la p\u00e2te de ce m\u00e9lange.<\/li>\n<li>Pliez la p\u00e2te en 3 et coupez 12 morceaux. \u00c0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un couteau, coupez 3 lamelles dans chaque morceau sans les s\u00e9parer. Tressez la p\u00e2te et enroulez-l\u00e0 sur elle-m\u00eame pour former un n\u0153ud. Huilez un moule \u00e0 cupcake ou \u00e0 muffins et placez tous les n\u0153uds dans les trous. Laissez-lever pendant 30 min et pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un bol, fouettez un \u0153uf et du lait pour badigeonner au pinceau chaque petite brioche. Enfournez 25 \u00e0 30 min.
