  1. Fixez l\u2019\u00e9minceur fin dans le SliceSy. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 celui-ci coupez finement le fenouil, la poire et le radicchio. Disposez le tout dans un joli et grand plat de service. Salez avec parcimonie et poivrez g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement. Ciselez le persil frais.<\/li>\n
  2. Dans un pichet, placez tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la vinaigrette au bleu. Fixez le couteau multi-fonction sur bamix et mixez \u00e0 la vitesse 2.<\/li>\n
  3. Versez la vinaigrette sur la salade, ajoutez le persil frais et les noisettes grill\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
