\n\u00bb <\/span>3 c. \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive
\n\u00bb <\/span>1 citron vert
\n\u00bb <\/span>1 branche de menthe
\n\u00bb <\/span>2 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de vinaigre de cidre de pomme
\n\u00bb <\/span>1 gousse d\u2019ail

Pr\u00e9paration<\/div>\n

  1. Rincez le concombre et les tomates, coupez-les en d\u00e9s.<\/li>\n
  2. Faites rouler le citron vert contre le plan de travail en appuyant bien fort, avant de le presser. Cela fera sortir plus de jus.<\/li>\n
  3. Dans la cruche, ajoutez le jus du citron vert et tous les autres ingr\u00e9dients.<\/li>\n
  4. Fixez le couteau multifonction sur le bamix cordless. Allumez l\u2019appareil et mixez sur vitesse 2 pour obtenir un gaspacho bien lisse.<\/li>\n
  5. Assaisonnez \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt et gardez au frais quelques heures avant de servir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
