Pr\u00e9paration<\/div>\n

  1. Placez la lame S dans le bol du SliceSy.<\/li>\n
  2. \u00c9gouttez le tofu. D\u00e9chirez-le avec les mains et placez-le dans le bol du robot, ajoutez les champignons shiitake, l\u2019ail, le gingembre, la sauce soja, l\u2019huile de s\u00e9same et le sel. Mixez pour obtenir un hach\u00e9 homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n
  3. Ajoutez 1 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 bomb\u00e9e de garniture au milieu d\u2019une feuille de wonton. Trempez vos doigts dans de l\u2019eau et passez-le le long des bords. Pliez le coin inf\u00e9rieur vers le haut et scellez pour former un triangle. Mouillez un coin et ramenez l’autre coin et appuyez doucement pour qu’ils collent ensemble. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter la m\u00eame op\u00e9ration pour chaque wonton.<\/li>\n
  4. Portez une casserole d’eau \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Coupez les choux bok choi en 4 et plongez-les dans la casserole. Apr\u00e8s 4 min, ajoutez les wontons et laissez cuire de nouveau 1 \u00e0 2 min. Pendant ce temps, faites chauffer le bouillon.<\/li>\n
  5. Servez dans le bouillon dans des grands bols, ajoutez les wonton, le chou, des oignons verts cisel\u00e9s, un peu d\u2019huile de s\u00e9same, des graines de s\u00e9same et des flocons de piment si vous le souhaitez.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
