Nous utiliserons le disque poudre bamix\u00ae pour pr\u00e9parer notre propre m\u00e9lange d\u2019assaisonnement kebab, puis nous ferons griller les brochettes de poulet au barbecue. Pr\u00e9paration<\/div>\n

  1. Mettez les \u00e9pices dans le moulin processeur et placez le disque poudre \u00e0 l’int\u00e9rieur. Placez le bamix\u00ae sur le moulin. Moulez les \u00e9pices et r\u00e9servez-les. <\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Coupez le poulet en gros morceaux. Ins\u00e9rez le couteau \u00e0 viande sur le bamix\u00ae. Placez le poulet dans un grand bol, mettez l’appareil en marche et hachez finement le poulet.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Retirez le disque poudre du moulin processeur. Mettez les gousses d’ail dans le moulin processeur puis placez le bamix\u00ae sur le moulin et hachez finement les gousses d’ail. M\u00e9langez le poulet hach\u00e9 avec l’assaisonnement pour kebab, les gousses d’ail hach\u00e9es et deux cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d’huile d’olive. Assaisonnez avec un peu de sel et de poivre. Formez des brochettes \u00e0 partir du m\u00e9lange sur six brochettes pour barbecue et appuyez bien sur le tout. Si vous utilisez des brochettes en bois, mouillez-les bien au pr\u00e9alable afin qu’elles ne br\u00fblent pas sur le barbecue.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Placez le yaourt grec, la gousse d’ail et les feuilles de menthe fra\u00eeche dans un verre doseur. Ins\u00e9rez le couteau \u00e9toile sur le bamix\u00ae, mettez l\u2019appareil en marche et mixez jusqu’\u00e0 l’obtention d’une sauce lisse. Assaisonnez la sauce au yaourt et \u00e0 la menthe avec du sel et du poivre.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Pr\u00e9parez le barbecue pour une cuisson indirecte \u00e0 environ 180 degr\u00e9s Celsius. Faites griller les brochettes de poulet pendant 8 \u00e0 10 minutes jusqu’\u00e0 ce qu’elles soient cuites. Retournez-les r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Servez les brochettes de poulet avec la sauce au yaourt et \u00e0 la menthe. D\u00e9licieux avec des pains pita et des l\u00e9gumes grill\u00e9s au barbecue.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
