Mettez les \u00e9pices dans le moulin processeur et placez le disque poudre \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur. Placez le bamix\u00ae sur le moulin. Moulez finement les \u00e9pices.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e9langez le poulet avec le m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;herbes et une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Assaisonnez avec du sel et du poivre. Placez le poulet au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant au moins une heure pour que les saveurs s&rsquo;impr\u00e8gnent. Sortez ensuite le poulet du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur et enfilez-le sur des brochettes pour barbecue.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coupez le piment jalape\u00f1o en deux, enlevez les graines et coupez le piment en morceaux. Coupez l&rsquo;avocat en deux, enlevez le noyau et retirez la chair \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re. Ins\u00e9rez le couteau \u00e9toile sur le bamix\u00ae et mettez tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la sauce \u00e0 l&rsquo;avocat dans un verre doseur. Choisissez la deuxi\u00e8me vitesse et mixez. Assaisonnez la sauce avec du sel et du poivre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pr\u00e9parez une salsa en hachant finement l&rsquo;oignon rouge et en coupant les tomates et la mangue en petits d\u00e9s. Coupez le citron vert en deux. Pressez la moiti\u00e9 et m\u00e9langez le jus de citron vert \u00e0 la salsa. Assaisonnez la salsa avec du sel et du poivre. Coupez le demi-citron vert restant en tranches pour servir avec les tacos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pr\u00e9parez le barbecue pour une cuisson directe \u00e0 environ 180 degr\u00e9s Celsius. Faites griller les brochettes de poulet jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient bien cuites, en huit minutes environ. Retournez-les r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour \u00e9viter qu&rsquo;elles ne br\u00fblent. Ensuite, faites griller bri\u00e8vement les tortillas des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s sur le barbecue.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coupez le piment jalape\u00f1o en fines tranches. R\u00e9partissez les morceaux de poulet sur les tortillas, puis la salsa sur le dessus.
