Ajoutez ensuite les poireaux et les pommes de terre et faites revenir bri\u00e8vement. Ajoutez le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes et faites cuire la soupe pendant environ 20 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ins\u00e9rez le couteau \u00e9toile sur le bamix\u00ae et r\u00e9duisez la soupe en pur\u00e9e. Ajoutez la cr\u00e8me et assaisonnez la vichyssoise avec du sel et du poivre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hachez finement l&rsquo;aneth frais dans le moulin processeur. Coupez le saumon fum\u00e9 en petits morceaux.
