Faites frire les falafels dans l\u2019huile bien chaude jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient dor\u00e9s et croustillants. Retirez ensuite les falafels de l\u2019huile et laissez-les s\u2019\u00e9goutter sur du papier absorbant.
