\n\u00bb <\/span>1\/2 concombre
\n<\/span>\u00bb <\/span>1\/2 navet
\n\u00bb <\/span>2 carottes
\n\u00bb <\/span>quelques radis
\n<\/span>\u00bb <\/span>1\/2 citron vert
\n\u00bb <\/span>coriandre frais et pousses pour la garniture
\n\u00bb <\/span>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de graines de s\u00e9same

Pour la sauce vinaigrette<\/h3>\n

Pr\u00e9paration<\/div>\n

  1. Commencez par faire cuire les nouilles selon les instructions indiqu\u00e9es sur l’emballage. Rincez-les \u00e0 l’eau froide et laissez-les refroidir.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Mettez tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la vinaigrette dans un petit verre doseur. Ins\u00e9rez le couteau \u00e9toile sur le bamix\u00ae et mixez pour obtenir une vinaigrette lisse. Assaisonnez avec un peu de sel et de poivre si n\u00e9cessaire. R\u00e9servez la vinaigrette.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. \u00c9pluchez les navets et les carottes. Ins\u00e9rez l\u2019\u00e9minceur fin dans le SliceSy\u00ae et coupez le concombre, le navet et les radis en tranches. Ins\u00e9rez la r\u00e2pe fine dans le SliceSy\u00ae et r\u00e2pez les carottes.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. R\u00e9partissez les graines de s\u00e9same sur le thon et assaisonnez ce dernier avec du sel et du poivre. Mettez un peu d’huile d’olive dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 frire et faites griller bri\u00e8vement le thon de tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Laisser reposer le poisson.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Coupez le citron vert en quartiers et hacher grossi\u00e8rement la coriandre. R\u00e9partissez les nouilles dans deux bowls et garnissez-les de tous les l\u00e9gumes. Coupez le thon en tranches et placez-le sur les ingr\u00e9dients dans le bowl. Arrosez le tout avec la vinaigrette. D\u00e9corez avec le furikake, la coriandre et les pousses.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
