Pour ce faire, retirez les feuilles du chou-fleur et coupez-le en bouquets. Rincez-les et s\u00e9chez-les avec du papier absorbant. Mettez les bouquets de chou-fleur dans le SliceSy<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ae \u00e9quip\u00e9 du couteau hachoir et broyez les bouquets jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils ressemblent \u00e0 des grains de riz. Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d&rsquo;effectuer cette op\u00e9ration en deux fois en raison de la quantit\u00e9 de chou-fleur. Faites chauffer un filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans une po\u00eale et faites cuire le riz de chou-fleur \u00e0 feu moyen-vif pendant cinq minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit tendre. R\u00e9servez.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\u00c9pluchez l&rsquo;oignon et les gousses d&rsquo;ail et r\u00e2pez la carotte. Coupez tous les l\u00e9gumes en morceaux. Hachez finement l&rsquo;oignon et les gousses d&rsquo;ail ensemble dans le SliceSy<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ae.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans la po\u00eale et faites revenir l&rsquo;oignon et l&rsquo;ail. Ajoutez ensuite le poireau et la carotte et faites-les revenir pendant cinq minutes. Ajoutez le riz de chou-fleur avec les germes de soja, le ketjap manis, le sambal, le curry et le curcuma. Remuez bien le tout et faites cuire pendant encore cinq minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Pendanct ce temps, pr\u00e9parez la sauce aux cacahu\u00e8tes. Pour ce faire, \u00e9pluchez la gousse d&rsquo;ail. Ins\u00e9rez le couteau hachoir dans le SliceSy<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ae. Mettez la gousse d&rsquo;ail dans le SliceSy\u00ae et placez le bamix\u00ae dessus. Hachez finement la gousse d&rsquo;ail.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Mettez un filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans une casserole. Faites revenir bri\u00e8vement l&rsquo;ail. Ajoutez ensuite le beurre de cacahu\u00e8te et laissez-le fondre. Versez l&rsquo;eau et ajoutez le ketjap manis et le sambal. Remuez bien. Laissez ensuite la sauce aux cacahu\u00e8tes mijoter \u00e0 feu doux pendant quelques minutes. Si n\u00e9cessaire, ajoutez un peu d&rsquo;eau \u00e0 la sauce aux cacahu\u00e8tes pour la rendre plus fluide.<\/li>\n<li>Coupez les oignons nouveaux en fines lamelles. Faites cuire quatre <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0153ufs au plat dans une po\u00eale avec un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. R\u00e9partissez le nasi au riz de chou-fleur dans les assiettes, recouvrez-le d&rsquo;un \u0153uf au plat et garnissez-le d&rsquo;oignons nouveaux.
