Ins\u00e9rez la r\u00e2pe grosse dans le SliceSy<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ae. R\u00e2pez grossi\u00e8rement la patate douce et l&rsquo;oignon. Pressez l&rsquo;exc\u00e9dent de liquide des l\u00e9gumes. Mettez-les dans un bol. Mettez le bamix\u00ae en marche, ajoutez la farine et l&rsquo;\u0153uf et m\u00e9langez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtention d&rsquo;un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne. Assaisonnez de sel et de poivre.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Ins\u00e9rez le couteau \u00e9toile sur le bamix<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ae. Mettez le yaourt turc avec la gousse d&rsquo;ail et 1\/3 des herbes fra\u00eeches dans le verre doseur. Mixez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtention d&rsquo;un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne et assaisonnez de sel et de poivre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Faites fondre le beurre \u00e0 feu doux dans une casserole. Ajoutez les flocons de piment, le paprika et le cumin en poudre et remuez bien. Veillez \u00e0 ce que les \u00e9pices ne br\u00fblent pas.<\/li>\n<li>Faites cuire les <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0153ufs dans de l&rsquo;eau bouillante pendant cinq minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient semi-mous. Faites chauffer de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen-vif. D\u00e9posez de petits monticules de r\u00f6sti dans la po\u00eale et aplatissez-les l\u00e9g\u00e8rement. Faites-les cuire pendant environ trois minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient dor\u00e9s et croustillants.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9partissez le yaourt \u00e0 l&rsquo;ail dans deux assiettes. Coupez les <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0153ufs poch\u00e9s en deux et recouvrez-les de yaourt \u00e0 l&rsquo;ail.
