Placez une feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9 sur la plaque de cuisson. Tamisez la farine dans un grand saladier, ajoutez le sucre, la levure chimique et une pinc\u00e9e de sel. M\u00e9langez bri\u00e8vement le tout \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re. Coupez le beurre en petits cubes. Malaxez le beurre avec vos mains dans le m\u00e9lange de farine jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il ait une consistance friable.<\/li>\n<li>Faites un puits au centre du saladier et versez le babeurre petit \u00e0 petit. Ins\u00e9rez le m\u00e9langeur sur le bamix<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ae et utilisez ce dernier pour incorporer la farine en travaillant du bord du saladier vers son centre. M\u00e9langez bien le tout. Ajoutez un peu de farine si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\u00c9talez la p\u00e2te sur un plan de travail farin\u00e9 sur une \u00e9paisseur d&rsquo;environ trois centim\u00e8tres. D\u00e9coupez des cercles \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un emporte-pi\u00e8ce ou d&rsquo;un verre. Disposez les scones en les espa\u00e7ant suffisamment sur une plaque de cuisson recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Battez <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l&rsquo;\u0153uf et badigeonnez-en les scones. Garnissez les scones de quelques graines de pavot suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Faites cuire les scones pendant environ 15 minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soien cuits et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9s. Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parez la cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse. Mettez le mascarpone et la cr\u00e8me \u00e0 foutter dans le verre doseur. Ins\u00e9rez le disque fouet sur le bamix<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ae et fouettez la cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle soit ferme.
