Pr\u00e9paration<\/div>\n

  1. Ins\u00e9rez le couteau \u00e9toile sur le bamix\u00ae. \u00c9pluchez et d\u00e9noyautez la mangue, mettez la chair dans le grand verre doseur. Mixez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une pur\u00e9e bien lisse et \u00e9paisse. R\u00e9servez.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Remplacez le couteau \u00e9toile par le m\u00e9langeur. Dans le petit verre doseur, ajoutez la poudre de matcha et l\u2019eau chaude, puis fouettez avec le bamix\u00ae jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une mousse l\u00e9g\u00e8re.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Remplissez le verre de gla\u00e7ons, versez-y la pur\u00e9e de mangue, puis le lait de coco. Ajoutez d\u00e9licatement le matcha mousseux. Vous obtenez ainsi de superbes couches color\u00e9es. M\u00e9langez avant de boire\u2026 ou pas. Dans les deux cas, c\u2019est d\u00e9licieux.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
