Ins\u00e9rez le couteau \u00e9toile sur le bamix\u00ae et mixez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtention d\u2019une marinade bien lisse.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incisez en croisillons la poitrine de porc. Arrosez-la de marinade et massez-la bien dans la viande pour que les saveurs s\u2019impr\u00e8gnent. Couvrez et laissez mariner au moins 4 heures (ou toute une nuit si vous avez le temps).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pr\u00e9parez le barbecue \u00e0 120\u00b0C, en cuisson indirecte. Retirez la viande de la marinade une demi-heure avant cuisson et laissez \u00e9goutter. Conservez la marinade restante. D\u00e9posez la poitrine de porc sur la grille, c\u00f4t\u00e9 gras vers le haut. Ins\u00e9rez une sonde de cuisson au c\u0153ur de la viande et laissez cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 75\u00b0C \u00e0 c\u0153ur. Badigeonnez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement avec la marinade conserv\u00e9e. Terminez par une cuisson rapide \u00e0 feu direct pour une cro\u00fbte bien croustillante.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Retirez la viande du barbecue et laissez-la reposer 30 minutes sous une feuille de papier aluminium. Coupez le concombre en deux dans la longueur. Placez l\u2019\u00e9minceur fin dans le SliceSy\u00ae et coupez le concombre en demi-lunes. M\u00e9langez avec le vinaigre de riz, le sucre et une pinc\u00e9e de sel. Laissez reposer au frais 15 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Remplacez l\u2019\u00e9minceur par la r\u00e2pe fine dans le SliceSy\u00ae et r\u00e2pez les carottes. Faites griller les graines de s\u00e9same \u00e0 sec dans une po\u00eale. R\u00e9chauffez les bao buns (\u00e0 la vapeur ou rapidement au micro-ondes, avec un linge humide). D\u00e9coupez la poitrine de porc en lamelles. Garnissez les pains avec les tranches de porc, les concombres aigres-doux et les carottes.
