Laissez reposer cinq minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange commence \u00e0 mousser. Mettez la farine et le sel dans la SliceSy\u00ae. Placez le couteau hachoir et versez le m\u00e9lange de levure et l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Placez le bamix\u00ae sur la SliceSy\u00ae et m\u00e9langez le tout pendant cinq minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne. Retirez le couteau hachoir, couvrez le bol de la SliceSy\u00ae d&rsquo;un torchon humide et laissez reposer la p\u00e2te 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Sortez la p\u00e2te de la SliceSy\u00ae et p\u00e9trissez-la encore cinq minutes \u00e0 la main jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te souple et \u00e9lastique. Formez une boule et placez-la dans un bol l\u00e9g\u00e8rement huil\u00e9. Couvrez \u00e0 nouveau avec le torchon et laissez lever une heure dans un endroit chaud.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9parez entretemps le pesto vert. Faites griller les pignons de pin bri\u00e8vement dans une po\u00eale s\u00e8che et laissez-les refroidir. Mettez-les dans le verre doseur et ajoutez le basilic frais, le parmesan et l&rsquo;ail. Place le couteau universel sur le bamix\u00ae et hachez finement le tout. Ajoutez ensuite l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et mixez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir un beau pesto. Assaisonnez avec du poivre et du sel.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langez les tomates cerises avec un filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, du poivre et du sel. Placez-les dans une po\u00eale en fonte et faites-les r\u00f4tir 15 minutes \u00e0 chaleur indirecte sur le barbecue jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient tendres et commencent \u00e0 caram\u00e9liser.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffez la pierre \u00e0 pizza sur le barbecue \u00e0 au moins 250 degr\u00e9s. Assurez-vous d&rsquo;avoir suffisamment d&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne en ouvrant tous les registres du barbecue. Aplatissez la p\u00e2te pour en chasser l&rsquo;air et divisez-la en deux boules \u00e9gales. Laissez-les reposer encore une demi-heure sous le torchon humide.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9talez les boules de p\u00e2te en fines bases \u00e0 pizza. Nappez les bases avec la sauce tomate rouge et r\u00e9partissez les tomates r\u00f4ties par-dessus. D\u00e9chirez la mozzarella en morceaux et r\u00e9partissez-la sur les pizzas. Faites cuire les pizzas environ dix minutes sur la pierre \u00e0 pizza avec le couvercle du barbecue ferm\u00e9.
