Remuez pour lib\u00e9rer les ar\u00f4mes (environ 30 secondes).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #e21f21;\">2 <\/span> Ajoutez le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes, l&rsquo;oignon, l&rsquo;ail et le gingembre. Couvrez et portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. R\u00e9duisez \u00e0 feu doux et laissez mijoter pendant 15 minutes. \u00c9gouttez et remettez le bouillon dans la casserole.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #e21f21;\">3 <\/span> Ajoutez les carottes, les champignons shiitake, la sauce soja et les oignons verts. Laissez mijoter 10 minutes, puis ajoutez le bok choy. Laissez mijoter encore 2-3 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient tendres en y piquant une fourchette. Salez et poivrez \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #e21f21;\">4 <\/span> R\u00e9partissez les nouilles de riz cuites dans deux bols, puis ajoutez le ph\u00f4 sur les nouilles.
