R\u00e9server au four chaud.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #e21f21;\">4 <\/span> Essuyer la po\u00eale avec du papier absorbant, verser le bouillon de poule, laisser r\u00e9duire de moiti\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #e21f21;\">5 <\/span> Remettre les blancs de poulet bri\u00e8vement dans la po\u00eale avant de servir, le temps de bien les chauffer, dresser.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #e21f21;\">6 <\/span> Ajouter le fromage de ch\u00e8vre frais \u00e0 la sauce, mettre dans le gobelet gradu\u00e9 et faire mousser avec le disque fouet,
