M\u00e9langer le m\u00e9lange coriandre-vinaigre de riz et le saumon avec une fourchette dans le riz.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #e21f21;\">3 <\/span> En faire des burgers. Chauffer 1 cm de huile d\u2019arachide dans un po\u00eale avec rev\u00eatement antiadh\u00e9rant \u00e0 feu haut. Dorer les biscuits de riz des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Laisser s\u2019\u00e9gouter sur essui-tout.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #e21f21;\">4 <\/span> Pr\u00e9parer mayonaise avec oeuf, moutarde, huile d\u2019arachide, jus de citron-vert, poivre et sel.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #e21f21;\">5 <\/span> Verser 120g de mayonaise dans un ravier et m\u00e9langer avec le sriracha.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #e21f21;\">6 <\/span> Mettre les biscuits de riz sur un plateau. Achever avec des portions de citron-vert, coriandre, ciboule et chili.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #e21f21;\">7 <\/span> Ajouter la mayonaise chili-citron-vert.
