font-weight: bold; padding: 20px;\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 20px; margin-top: 10px;\">\n<p><span style=\"text-transform: uppercase;\"> P\u00e2te \u00e0 tarte:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #e21f21;\">1 <\/span> Battez le sucre, le sel et la farine avec votre bamix.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #e21f21;\">2 <\/span> Ajoutez le beurre et m\u00e9langez avec vos doigts pour obtenir un m\u00e9lange se pr\u00e9sentant comme une farine grossi\u00e8rement moulue.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #e21f21;\">3 <\/span> R\u00e9pandez l\u2019\u0153uf sur le m\u00e9lange de beurre et m\u00e9langez en douceur avec votre bamix jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te se forme.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #e21f21;\">4 <\/span> Posez la p\u00e2te sur une surface l\u00e9g\u00e8rement farin\u00e9e et p\u00e9trissez la p\u00e2te jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle soit lisse. Formez la p\u00e2te jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtention d\u2019un disque.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #e21f21;\">5 <\/span> Enroulez la p\u00e2te dans du plastique et laissez-la refroidir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle soit ferme pendant au moins 2 heures.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-transform: uppercase;\">Pour le caramel:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #e21f21;\">1 <\/span> M\u00e9langez tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans une grande casserole \u00e0 sauce jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #e21f21;\">2 <\/span> M\u00e9langez et baissez la temp\u00e9rature pour arriver \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature moyenne.
