Pr\u00e9paration :<\/b><\/p>\n

1\u00a0<\/span>D\u00e9coupez l\u2019avocat m\u00fbr en son centre et \u00e9liminez le noyau.<\/p>\n

2 <\/span>\u00c9videz-le de son contenu avec une cuiller.<\/p>\n

3 <\/span>Versez l\u2019avocat, le miel, le yaourt et l\u2019huile d\u2019amande dans un gobelet haut. Mixez avec le bamix jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une masse lisse.<\/p>\n

Mode d\u2019emploi :<\/b><\/p>\n

1\u00a0<\/span>Lavez vos cheveux au shampoing et rincez bien.<\/p>\n

2 <\/span>Apposez ensuite le masque sur les cheveux mouill\u00e9s et laissez agir 10 \u00e0 15 minutes.<\/p>\n
